“The goal is to create an atmosphere and vibe while enjoying great food and great company. “SIN (Steak, Italian, Nightlife) Philadelphia aims to bring Miami, LA, and Las Vegas vibes to Philadelphia,” said Veasey. SIN will be open seven days a week with hours Monday to Wednesday, 4:00pm to 11:00pm, Thursday, 4:00pm to Midnight, Friday, 4:00pm to 1:30am, Saturday Brunch, 9:00am to 3:00pm (no DJ), Saturday Dinner, 5:00pm to 1:30am and Sunday Vibe Brunch, 9:30am to 6:00pm. The bar program will feature 50-75 wines by the bottle, 10 by the glass and a focus on martini and unique cocktails. For Sunday vibe brunch, look for upscale dining and plenty of entertainment. For a dish to remember, SIN will feature the experience of “cheese wheel” homemade pasta served tableside.

The scratch kitchen will deliver authentic Italian cuisine, homemade pastas and high-end steaks. From the kitchen, SIN will serve homemade cuisine with a menu of unique selections “that are delivered in a high-end and show-stopping way that compliments the vibes of the space and the entertainment,” states the owners. The 4,750 square feet space will feature a main dining room, sweeping bar and private dining room/event space for a total of 200 seats.

SIN, which stands for Steak Italian Nightlife, will bring “vibe dining” to the Philly food scene where diners will enjoy an upscale meal and brunch paired with music and entertainment. Restaurateur and Co-Owner Justin Veasey, and partners Mike Connors and William Muhr Jr., announce that SIN Philadelphia will open at 1102 Germantown Avenue, on the ground level of The Beverly – a 51 luxury Beverly Hills-inspired apartment complex is also slated to open later this year. Northern Liberties Restaurant Row is getting a new resident.
